1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. To request cancellation, contact us at info@mlbearing.com or call 9220727407 with your order number. Cancellation requests received before dispatch will be processed within 24 hours.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, return the product after delivery as per the return policy below.
2. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is in its original, unused condition with all packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
- The product has not been installed, modified, or tampered with.
Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been installed or used, products with broken seals or damaged packaging (caused by the customer), custom or special-order items, products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact us at info@mlbearing.com or call 9220727407 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 48 hours.
Step 3: Ship the product back to our address in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns due to defective or wrong products will be borne by ML BEARING. For other returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Step 4: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement.
4. Refund Timelines
Order Cancellation (before dispatch): Full refund within 5-7 business days from cancellation confirmation.
Return (defective/wrong product): Full refund (including shipping charges) within 7-10 business days from receipt of returned product.
Return (change of mind): Refund of product amount (excluding original and return shipping charges) within 7-10 business days from receipt of returned product.
Failed Payment: If payment was deducted but order was not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days.
5. Refund Method
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI). Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank. After we initiate the refund, please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the product packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Replacement
Subject to availability, we offer replacement for defective or damaged products. If the same product is not available, a full refund will be processed. Replacement products will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
