1. Shipping Coverage
ML BEARING delivers across India to all serviceable pincodes. We use reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. You can check delivery availability for your pincode on the product page before placing an order.
2. Shipping Charges
Orders above Rs. 2,000: FREE shipping across India.
Orders below Rs. 2,000: Flat shipping charge of Rs. 99.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment and are included in the total payable amount.
3. Dispatch Timelines
Standard Orders: Dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Bulk Orders (10+ items): Dispatched within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
Special/Custom Orders: Dispatch timeline will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
4. Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days from dispatch (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad).
Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days from dispatch.
Other Areas: 7-10 business days from dispatch.
Remote/Difficult-to-Reach Areas: 10-15 business days from dispatch.
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier partner schedules, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email. You can also track your order on our website at the Track Order page using your order number. Real-time tracking information is provided through our courier partner's tracking system.
6. Packaging
All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Bearings are packed in manufacturer-original packaging where available. Additional protective packaging is used for fragile items. For bulk orders, products are packed in sturdy corrugated boxes.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund.
8. Delivery Verification
Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged, please refuse the delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt before accepting. Report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@mlbearing.com with photographs.
9. Undeliverable Orders
Orders may be undeliverable due to: incorrect address or pincode, recipient not available after multiple delivery attempts, address in a non-serviceable area. In such cases, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If the order is returned to us, a refund will be processed minus the return shipping charges.
